We understand that finding the right fit for your practice can be hard and we want you to know that if we do not believe we are the right fit, we are going to tell you. It is important for us to know that you are receiving the best help for your practice needs and if we believe another company would better suit your needs we will tell you.

Our practice analysis is thorough, we analyze all areas of service we provide in order for you to be able to make an educated decision based on the needs of your practice.

Step 1: Contact
Step 2: Schedule a call to discuss your practice, the needs of your practice, and the current structure of your systems.
Step 3: We sign an initial contract specifically for the Practice Analysis, enabling us to review your reports.
Step 4: You provide us with a multitude of reports to assist in our Practice Analysis.
Step 5: We provide you with a Practice Analysis Report.
Step 6: We schedule a call to discuss your Practice Analysis Report.
Step 7: We sign a contract and IT will get us set up with a HIPAA compliant remote connection and file sharing platform. Once setup, our services begin.
